Signal Film Company

The Signal Film Company was another of American Film Company president, Samuel Hutchinson's, enterprises. The studio was in Los Angeles on the line of the Salt Lake Route's Pasadena branch. Corporate headquarters were in Chicago at the American Film Company. Signal specialized in railroad stories featuring Helen Holmes, one of the most important "serial queens" of the silent era.
