Biography
James Steenland is a MA/PhD student. His current research interests include media infrastructures, media industries, and film history, with a particular interest in the social and aesthetic practices that emerge between transportation and communication technologies. He received his BA in English from Wayne State University in 2016. James is a member of the Media Fields Collective.
