Biography
Mel Weisberger was born and raised in Southern California, except for a brief year and a half, where her family relocated to Chicago, IL. Fortunately for her, she has a slight midwestern accent from her time in the “Windy City” that her friends love to point out. Mel graduated from UCSB in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Film & Media Studies and a minor in Theatre Studies. She currently works as an assistant to a rapidly rising talent agent at the bi-coastal agency, BUCHWALD. She previously worked for the Studio Tour department at Warner Brothers Studio where she worked with the admissions team and gave private tours to guests and industry executives. Prior to her graduation, Mel worked in several different theatres across California as both a performer and crew member. In her free time, she performs with her improv team in Playa Vista, CA and dreams of one day living in a house big enough to get two pet pigs.
